He wrote comics. I think some mainstream stuff in the 90s, but The Trouble With Girls was a sort of sort of parody on action movie and book tropes, about a character called Lester Girls. It came out in the 80s I think from Malibu.
Today my mom called and told me she was getting a colostomy. I was obviously very concerned. She said, "Oh, it's no big deal, you're supposed to get one when you're fifty and then every year after." I realized then that she meant a colonoscopy.
