A small, gilt bronze Buddha statue was discovered in the warehouse of a temple in Osaka in 1918. This statue suddenly appeared in Japanese art history and was designated as one of the nation's important cultural assets as a Maitreya from the Hakuho period (the latter part of the Asuka period). It is withheld from public view, only being unveiled once a month (on the 18th). The original statue's lovely and fresh molding has been reproduced into a size that fits into the palm of one's hand, with every bit of charm with a height of just 11 centimeters, made with the affirmed presence of the gilt bronze Buddha that has seen over than 1,350 years pass. This sword is a replica of the original sword owned by Tokugawa Ieyasu (徳川家康), who was the founder and first shōgun of the Tokugawa shogunate of Japan, which effectively ruled Japan from the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600 until the Meiji Restoration in 1868. The original was made by the Heian period swordsmith Miiketenta Mitsuyo (三池典太光世), who was renowned for his excellent skills; it was even believed that the swords he made were endowed supernatural powers such as destroying demons. The sword is said to be the last sword owned by Tokugawa Ieyasu, and is currently designated as Japan's Important Cultural Property.

Thank you for the review! This three-faced Daikokuten is almost the exact size as possessed by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, feudal lord and chief Imperial minister in the 16th-century. Please put it facing south along with the included talisman. Facing west in the direction of Sukhavati is also acceptable. For specific blessings: place it on a safe for financial blessing, in the kitchen or bedroom to ensure family safety, or at the entrance to ward off evil and spirits. Please avoid placing it on the floor in any case. This item has received an eye-opening ceremony at Entoku-in in Kodai-ji temple (a proof of ceremony certificate is included). Customer reviews:

- I am a Chinese customer, direct mail to the mainland is very fast, intimate and can use Chinese address, and the Buddha statue is really amazing and exquisite, suitable for small space, with appropriate accessories, very solemn.

- This is limited edition of Amitabha Looking Back statue. I visited [the actual temple] in person on May this year, I heard the story before, and very surprised about this Buddhist statue. Isumu creates very detail replicated state, I love it a lot! Ninjaya offers good price with free shipping, I received it with well take cared, strongly recommended to buy it from them.

- The dimensions and details are the same as the normal version, but the gold color adds a different flavor and feeling that belong to this limited edition.
