Oh god... I saw this on Today show. Fake "curves" on a toddler? How is that not criminal?

CNN's Arwa Damon reported on the story of a 19-year-old that says she was forced at gunpoint to become an execution for Gadhafi forces. That led to a reader debate on whether she should be considered a victim or a war criminal. Here's what readers had to say. What do YOU say?

it's an interesting balance i think. a delicate one. because in some respects because of the situation, females can be seen as having been targeted. But I totally understand what you mean. For me, it's regardless of gender, just as it'd be race. What do you do or call a person forced to execute others. And THAT is the interesting discussion

So with the DHS reviewing pending deportation cases, we take a look at a memo that explains who the priority cases should be, and where efforts should be focused. An interesting read with a full link out to a list of all factors that will be considered.

So, the West Memphis 3, who were convicted in 1993 of murder are now free. So how were these men able to walk out of a court a free man today? Attorney B.J. Bernstein helps break that important legal question down

No better place to post this story than on a social network. Such a divisive issue , depending on who you talk to. There's a lot to be said about who is responsible, how we should be responding, and whether we're just in that time again where we take stock of our technology and how we use it and how that relates to the law.

Here's the video of a great debate from Thursday's "Connect the World." In light of the UK riots and the BART protests in San Francisco, should the government be able to restrict social media usage in the name of public safety? +Jeff Jarvis debates trial lawyer Mitchell Langberg.

I think a lot of what you say is a big part of the debate here. Most folks can and do see it both ways. It's a tough one for sure, I'll be looking forward to see how it goes down, and if this time it actually does.

So proud of the work I and many co-workers put into this. Take a moment, learn about the lives of the 30 men lost in the Chinook crash and how their families are remembering them in this interactive. http://www.cnn.com/interactive/2011/08/us/interactive.fallen.soldiers.chinook/index.html Then, read more about them here: http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2011/08/12/pentagon-releases-names-of-chinook-crash-victims/
