I had to use up the napa cabbage fromt he last stir fry so I combined it with red bell pepper and chicken to make a play on the Singapore Black Pepper Crab recipe.

This is a great weeknight dinner option -> Tuna steaks are grilled on a cast iron grill pan.  Roma tomatoes are diced and combined with basil, garlic, minced red onion, Parmesan and pine nuts for a balsamic fresh tomato salad.
