Hi Najeeb, We always test any issues reported at our end before requesting clients for further information. When we were not able to get a hold of the error log, we asked you to contact your hosting provider. But since we did not receive a response from your end, we couldn't proceed with resolving the issue. We ask for admin access and file system access so that we replicate your environment at our end, to help rectify the issue at the earliest. But you have the option to not provide us any details, in case of which, the turnaround time might be a bit stretched, but we make sure the issue is fixed. We only expect active cooperation from our clients so that they get their issues resolved. In this case, we are still waiting for a response from your end to move things forward, and without your cooperation, we will only be able to make limited progress on the issue that you've encountered.
