While I really don't like the way Verizon runs things, why isn't anyone asking what the data usage on her phone showed? This could have easily been an errant app that was causing the massive data usage, which probably could have easily been tracked down if any effort was made.
Verizon waived bill after bad publicity, but many other users report problems.

The prices are great. The food was good. The chili con queso was excellent. The sauce on the enchiladas wasn't near as good as I've had at other Mexican restaurants. Almost tasted like the base for the sauce was ketchup. The waitress was prompt, polite, and pleasant. The only terrible we had with the service was that they served the kids meals last. I'm not sure why restaurants get this wrong so often. Overall it was a good dining experience.

Great bank! Low, to no, fees. Earn interest well above average. ATM fees refunded. Online bill pay. It's almost too good to be true. I just hope they can keep it going and not get bought up by a big bank that's going to ruin everything.
