SPOTLIGHT I "For a vintage vibe, try Hotel Lincoln, a historic spot that was completely renovated in 2012. Rooms offer views of Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan, but the best vista is upstairs at the hotel’s J. Parker rooftop bar, where you can sip a Sazerac nightcap while gazing out over the city." -Paste Magazine http://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2015/05/weekend-itinerary-chicago-for-design-lovers.html

BE OUR GUEST I "We've made new friends at our favorite place to stay, Hotel Lincoln. Just off Lincoln Park and next to the Zoo, it's easily in one of my favorite Chicago neighborhoods and modern but relaxed." -afieldguy

Hotel staff & manager is very rude. Bathroom door was a sliding door with frosted plastic, meaning no privacy at all. They will tell you they have free parking until you try to leave & are billed over 50 dollars. Manager kept hanging up on me over the phone to resolve the problem. Do not come here, I've had better experience at Best Western compared to this place. Very dirty room with human secretions all over the bathroom plastic door & bed posts.

My son recently gifted us a stay at this lovely older hotel. Everything is updated. We had a jr suite, it was just right. I read in our "livingroom area," while he laid in the king size bed channel surfing.. Literally just like home. The staff is friendly, and helpful. I would most definatly stay there again

When you come in it is very grand, the front desk is very Intresting It is made out of many drawers that only a couple open and give you a tasty treat. They have very roomy elavators. and the rooms make good use of the space. In the room I was In There Is a Nice bed, two restrooms and a couch that you can make into a bed. They Have ok Internet and nice walls there a closet that is covered by a drape that looks like the wall. The restrooms are not Gunky and are very nice in the shower it turns into title that looks like wood. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed this place. As a couple who almost always bring our pups, we often find pet friendly accommodations to be somewhat sketchy. Hotel Lincoln was clean although the room somewhat small, and decorated nicely. The guys at the front desk were super nice and made our doggies feel welcome which we really appreciated as we usually are made to feel guilty about them even in 'pet-friendly' places. They made sure we knew about the stash of dog biscuits in the lobby, and didn't balk in the least when we needed extra coffee and sweeteners in our room. The location with its proximity to the park and the lakefront seal the deal.

Attached to a great restaurant - ‘Perennial Virant.’ Functional and practical hotel that's comfortable and clean. Has all the essentials: decent WiFi, an ironing board, pay TV, and a locker. The staff is very friendly.

What a great hotel, we were there for a business trip from London, such great service! The rooftop bar, the cafe in the lobby, the team at the reception desk, the decor and rooms and even the tiny gym were all great. Would highly recommend, damn good value. Lovely area as well.

Just the cutest boutique hotel ever! Right across from the Lake! I think it's a hotel more for animals than humans! They just do a remarkable job with their customer service. The rooftop bar is a little spendy, but you're paying for the view!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are small and cozy and right next to Lake Michigan. Not to mention, the roof top bar was great.
