I was here on July 7th, 2015 while working on the ambulance in the afternoon around 2pm. I'll go ahead and say that the food was good, but customer service, even by the manager and owner was very poor. It took nearly 25 minutes to order my food since they were refilling cups in front of me despite the fact they come up in line after I did. The only thing that really made me stay and go ahead and order was the fact that my partner on the ambulance had already ordered his food and received it, and me not knowing if this would be the only break in my long shift. I got the food quickly and correctly. Unfortunately, I got the same treatment as earlier when me and my partner both went to the counter for refills before we left. They went ahead and filled my partner's cup quickly, then they decided to let people get in front of me to order and wouldn't fill my drink. The manager/owner even walked by and acknowledged me while his hands were in his pockets and didn't offer to help as most other owners I've run into throughout Texas do. Maybe this whole site needs to undergo a makeover in customer service, but due to the service i received, i rated it a two and am not very likely to recommend this particular one to friends.

Extremely popular during lunchtime, but they've largely perfected their efficiency with multiple lines for drive through and order-takers out front with tablets. They do specials like free sandwiches some days too!

Super crowded but that's pretty much par for the course at Chick-fil-a. They have an indoor playing area for kids and they're a little unique among Chick-fil-a's in that they have "buy one burger get another free" coupons on the back of HEB receipts.

Chick fil a is an awesome chain. I'm a big fan. They're friendly and polite. They should be open on Sundays.

Save yourself the stress and go to the RR or Gtwn location. I worked for CFA for many years (almost 10, most of which was in management), and was ashamed of the service and food I received at this location. The Gtwn and RR locations are much better. And if you're ever in San Marcos, definitely check out the location there :)

Of all the Chickfila restaurants I visited this is the worst. Employees are not very customer friendly and often are rude. The appearance and the taste of the food are below what you would expect. No one ever answers the phone so there is no way to reach management. You have you understand that you are in the service industry, without happy customers you are just another building in the block.

This place gets really crowded during lunch, but the food is always good for the amount of people that come thru here in the lunch hours. The employees are really nice and they work as fast as possible to get your orders out. The drive thru can get backed up. It is a little hard to get out of here if you are trying to go southbound. You have to do the u-turn or a giant snake around the businesses to get back to parmer.

I must admit that I stayed away from Chick-fil-A for awhile because of the homophobic comments made by their higher-up in the company, but I don't want to stop eating there just because I don't agree with their politics. Their chicken is spectacular. Their customer service is awesome. They're not open on sundays, so there's at least one day a week that employees can get together for some off-duty camaraderie. And they're not open overnights, which means their employees don't have to work those terrible shifts, so I respect them for that. I don't respect them for their corporate head's intolerance to homosexuals, but for everything else, they get my respect.

Chick-fil-A hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
