The Pharmacy easily had one of the best burger in Nashville. That was a few years ago though. It's become a trendy tourist trap now and their burgers are only above average at best. Their homemade sodas either seem to have sustained in quality but it's still not worth going out of your way for. Service used to be my only complaint here but now it's a fairly consistent mediocrity overall.

We decided to try this spot on a whim and man were we glad we did. Their burger and beer selection is wonderful and everything tasted delicious. I got the chili burger and it was seriously the best burger I have ever eaten - juicy, flavorful and delicious! If we're ever nearby again, we will definitely swing in! Just a side note, they tend to get pretty busy around peak meal times, so be prepared to wait a bit (it's so worth it)! Visited March 2015

By far the best burger in Nashville. Special beef, buns made exclusively at a local baker. Tator tots are awesome. Great craft beers. Soda fountain phosphates are so good (orange creamsicicle!)

Long, long wait. Be sure to check in via the "No Wait" app, otherwise you'll watch people just stroll in, and get seated before you even though you've been waiting for an hour. The hostess working was very polite, and noticed we were waiting vs using an App to wait for us and sat us a few tables sooner than expected. Very clean, and very delicious!

Wasn't bad, but it wasn't necessarily good either. Most proteins were slightly over and dry. The sides were heavily under seasoned. With that in mind, the portion you pay for is splendid. I can say one amazing thing about this place is the Strawberry Ginger Soda. THE BEST SODA I'VE EVER HAD.

Family from out of town came to visit and we got Pharmacy Burgers to go, the food was "ok." It wasn't anything special and was very expensive. We ordered 5 milkshakes and they were half empty in the cups, I assume by design but come on, use smaller cups. The burger was good, Root beer was good and fries were good. By wife got the german potato salad and didn't care for it at all. If you eat, get it to eat at the restaurant, it's a great looking location and if you sit outside in the back its a great environment. Getting it to go, go somewhere else.

Alright Folks, I get it. Its a super hip spot with some really cool sodas and a great beer selection. But the burgers are... well, it says on the menu- they won't cook your burger even medium. I understand that there are risks involved in serving a medium burger, but to me this is the main thing that makes this burger sub-par. For a place that is known for a great burger, I would expect them to cook it to order. That said, GREAT bread and worth the wait for everything else.

The food was ok, there are better burgers, but also far worse. Service was excellent and the music as well as the athmosphere was great!
