Cool place with a nice vibe/decor. The burger? Maybe my expectations were too high after reading and hearing about how great it was supposed to be. I tried the Farm Burger. The egg, bacon, and ham were excellent, but the burger itself was just solidly average. It wasn't bad by any means, but it was nothing spectacular, as many reviews would have one believe. Truthfully, I would rather venture into The Gulch for Burger Republic.

One of the best "newly discovered" restaurants I've been to. In East Nashville, it fits right in with the surrounding area - it's cute and creative. I've been at least 3 times and each time have left totally satisfied. The staff is great and the food is all delicious. I LOVE their maple dijon mustard.

The food is good, but the hambugers at gabbys, Rotiers or Bobbi's are just as good. The service is awful, no let me reword ...THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I will never be back NEVER.

Doesn't get a rating at all from me! 2nd time I've tried to eat there! Was told the food was great..and I'm sure it is. Its the service I can't seem to get. Went at noon on a Wednesday with a party of 4. 2 of our 4 were running late. we were told that we had to wait until our entire party was there before they sat us. OK that's understandable when there is a wait..40 mins later, they were empty tables all around. I went up to the host and explained that 2 were running late and that we wished to be seated to wait and explained that we would order food and drinks while we waited. I was promptly told that its against their policy and absolutely not!!! As I'm standing there, confused by the response, they turned around and sat 2 people at a table for 4!!! Unbelievable!! Needless to say, we left and met our party at South St, downtown and spent a whopping $240 on lunch!!! Worth every penny..good food and best of all SOUTH ST has great service. Just had a friend ask and told her DO NOT go to the Pharmacy!!! WURST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This place is so cool, no doubt. I really do love it, but like many other people who are finding out that they react poorly to gluten, Pharmacy Burger really doesn't have any gluten free options. I ended up having to eat a burger with no bun and chili poured over it. It just didn't satisfy me. Until they make an effort to make this place GF friendly, I won't be back. There are other burger joints in the area that are catering to the needs of the growing population who can't consume mutated wheat. I really do hope they make these changes soon.

The Pharmacy was my FAVORITE place to get a burger until ten minutes ago. I called in an order which consisted of a child's burger and fries. When I asked the person on the phone for the cost he replied "they will tell you when they ring it up". RED FLAG!!! So I obtain my order and hand the cashier behind the bar my card. Keep in mind he NEVER showed me my cost. He then hands me a receipt and I was charged the cost for a full burger. When I asked the cashier about it he asked "is it for a child?". When I replied that it was he says, "well.....I was told that it wasn't". So let me make sure I understand correctly, and keep in mind I frequent this establishment at least twice a month: If an order is placed for a child's size portion of food, and if it is placed for an adult, then the adult is charges as if the portion was adult sized? Ridiculous. To add insult to injury, they never reversed the charge on my card!!! Still love the food, however, it will be a llllllloooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggg time before I visit again. Gabby's here I come!!

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville and one I try to visit whenever I'm in the area. The burger is one of the best I've had and the sides (in particular, the tots with gravy) are outstanding. The outdoor seating is perfect on a nice spring/summer/fall night. Lines can be long, but usually move relatively quickly and always worth the wait.

Went here on a long weekend trip to Nashville with girlfriends. The atmosphere was awesome and the picnic bench seating gave it a very laid back feel. The vanilla milkshake was creamy and delicious, definitely hit the spot. I ordered their signature burger with sweet potato fries and a side of the wasabi aoeli. Some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had, not too soft and the perfect amount of sweet. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Best part is the new beer garden out back which looked perfect for enjoying a beer on a nice day! I will be back!!
