Those hallways and doorways look narrow.  Do you have a ADA compliant floor plan for your homes?

Been a fan for a couple years.  Great review on location.  Loved the closing shots and music.  Check out the clouds at 15.22...its a perfect head looking up...crown, nose, cheeks and chin!

looks like you are bending over and straining to reach inside the super hot oven.  Flipping the steaks seems harder than it should be.  What if you used your tongs and pulled the grill stand out to the mouth of the oven to inspect and turn, then push them back in for more heat.  In retrospect, should you have built the oven a little taller so you didn't have to bend over to see inside?  Otherwise...the best looking (and only) wood oven/smoker combo I've ever seen...great job!

+David Golembeski Well part of it is the offset chimney flue necessitated a little deeper throat into the oven but you are right, I could have built it just a little bit taller. But I think your idea about doing something to make it easy to slide the grill grate in and out of the oven is a good one. I'll have to come up with something to make that work

As seen in the Matrix and in Sci Fi books, what about planting a memory chip in the brains of all newborns.  The chip accepts downloads of knowledge, making schools unnecessary in the future.  How smart do you want to be?  How much money do you have?

Awesome for dessert.  Try making a hot butter, brown sugar, banana, rum sauce for it.

You mention several times about the caramel graining.  This is a result of too little corn syrup vs granulated sugar in your recipe.  Increase the corn syrup to 1 or 1 1/2 cups and the problem with graining will cease.  You may have to increase the cook temp a couple degrees to prevent the caramel 'cold flowing" later with the increased corn syrup.

+JT Maple because it can be prevented. She didn't HAVE to use more corn syrup.

How about using a aerosol spray can of that expandable foam that is used for sealing cracks and insulation...spray a good shot in the hole and trap them all inside.  Do they sleep at night?  Go in after sundown with a flashlight.

Saw it last night and was disappointed.  I think they saved a lot of money on CGI by having most of the movie in very low lighting so you couldn't see any details of the monsters and what they were doing...the worst was (spoiler alert) when Godzilla killed one of the MUTO's...I still don't know what happened in that scene because it was too dark.
