Service: Good Facilities: Good Location: Good Though a really nice looking hotel, I expected a little bit more for the price and stars. The lobby and building itself were very well maintained, the staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious. It's also right next to several studios and lots of restaurants, so there are things to see and do if you're just travelling with a few friends or family. However beyond that, it's just a nice and somewhat overpriced hotel. I'd personally rather go to a Sheraton or DoubleTree, but it's definitely not a bad choice of hotel overall.

NEVER AGAIN! We selected this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studios. The first night that we arrived the chair in the room smelled like urine, we contacted management and they came and put Febreez. They did not take the chair away and sanitize it they febreezed it. The pillows where disgusting and they looked as if they had never been replaced. I brought this to management's attention as well. I had to argue with them to get a discount of my bill, because they felt that they did everything correct. I would not recommend this place, they charge for valet parking but visitors are free, WTF. I do not know how this place has a 4 star rating.

Great service, friendly staff, nice pool and spa. Can't beat the weather! I agree the parking fee is excessive, but that's probably typical for the area.

I was surprised at how clean this place is. Little hidden gem near Toluca Lake. Valet parking is expensive but I got lucky and found some street parking. **update- I was also surprised to find 2 seperate charges on my charge card of $44 and $21.75. I checked in late and left early. I have called to be told the charges were for water and nuts. I didn't touch anything and am working to get these charges reversed. Changing the service rating to 0 until then. ***update - The $44 was just the random amount that they swiped my card for and the charges did not go thru but it did take a few days for it to be released back into my account. The $21.75 was supposedly for stuff taken from the bar. They were quick to refund without even checking the room again. I'm not sure if they make it a practice to charge and see which customers catch them. I will not speculate for now and will change their service back to good. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and definitely try staying here again.

I stayed here in July 2014 with my 2 teenage daughters. We loved the hotel. The lobby/bar area is very sophisticated yet warm and cozy. We actually met Robert Stromberg at the hotel bar - no kidding. (the hotel is a mile from Warner Bros studios and directly across from one of Warner Bros.'s lots.) Aside from our brush with fame, we found the hotel very convenient - there is a grocery store, dry cleaner, sandwich shop, and pharmacy directly across the street. Within 1 block is a 24-hr. CVS. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the pool, although did not get to use it much. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The business center was great for printing out any theme park tickets or airline tickets. I knew about the parking situation from all of the reviews, and honestly, it did not bother me. I was able to find parking on the street every night (even if I had to walk a little), but did use the valet parking the first and last night. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable rooms, quiet. Close shops if required including a good breakfast place across the road.

BEWARE of the parking fee. Parking on the street is free but limited, and you will get a ticket if you don't read the Street Sweeper signs. I think I got a ticket on a Wednesday morning. Yes, I got a ticket! Paid it online... and was still cheaper than the hotel parking for the 5 days I stayed. Other than that, very elegant decor in lobby and rooms. Supermarket across the street. Oh and the shower head was way puny.

This place has service that should be rated -5... The staff pretends to be so nice and friendly but they act like idiots or stupid and just ignore what you say or want with a smile! That was amazing, never had people ignore you with a smile!!! And apparently a policy there, never say no but do what ever you want. Parking is $30+ Pay attention. The sign is usually hidden behind something and although the sign is HUGE the cost is VERY small at he very bottom. Yes you pay $300+ for a room and they charge you for the parking in Burbank. Will never go back!
