Staff makes this place a 5 star. Patty will help you save money with rentals, shuttle service, and travel ideas. Christopher can get you free drinks at local restaurants. The live music and entertainment on the Saturday night we were there was excellent at the pool. Everything was clean, quiet, safe and welcoming. My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary stay very, very much! Keurig coffee machines are in the rooms and a fridge.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise so we could leave our car parked for free during the cruise. After being gone for 9 days our car was just as we left it, no problems. Their park and cruise program only has one shuttle to and from the port. We were able to reserve our spots on the earliest shuttle but it's first come first serve after the cruise. We got out of the terminal just in time to see the shuttle leaving. It takes an hour to go back and forth so we didn't feel like waiting since there is no type of rest area at the terminal to wait, it's just outside sitting on the ground/luggage in the humid Florida weather and nobody wants that after a cruise :) We ended up paying for a taxi to take us back. We would definitely stay here again but will look into parking at the port. The room itself was affordable, clean and comfortable. We had two adults and 2 children and the 2 queen beds were perfect as was the overall size of the room. Never tried the pool as the beach is a short walk across the street but it looked very nice. Seemed to be right in the middle of everything from food to shopping. On the day of the cruise we had the complimentary breakfast. It was so good we kicked ourselves for missing it the day before. I've never been to a hotel that had so much food variety. Sure beats the boring pasties and cereal we've had before. The only real issue I had was being double billed. I used one card to make the reservation and then when I checked in I used a different card. I informed the clerk and he said it wouldn't be a problem. After I checked out I checked both accounts and saw that I was double billed. I went back to the front desk and they were able to take care of it rather quickly and professionally. Still give it 5 stars as this didn't effect us.

First of all, I had originally selected a King sized bed and when I walked into my hotel room I found 2 Queen sized beds. Not that it's a deal breaker but upon arriving at the hotel the front desk should have informed me that they had no more rooms available with King sized beds. After being in the room for 5 minutes I had found 1 cockroach on the floor and 1 on the bed. I killed them and tried to forget about them. Then I found 4 more on the floor and another one under the sheets. On top of that, the toilet paper was half used when I arrived. It was just all disgusting so I had to leave that very same night. In total I was inside the room for maybe an hour and had found 6 cockroaches so I can only imagine how infested the hotel is.

OK hotel for the weekend. They allow pets, so the whole pace smells like dog. The free breakfast will make you sick. Internet was off and on the whole time. But if you don't need internet or breakfast and you like dog smell, this is otherwise a good place. The rooms are fine. They have a good pool and patio. There is an asian restaurant attached, also a lounge and a bar called Time Out that is the place to be on Thursday nights. Not for me. But an OK place if you just want to hang out and party Thrusday to Sunday.

Very good hotel for the price. The interior of our room was very clean and very modern and up to date. Flat Screen TV with Digital Cable and Guide. Great A/C that wasn't too weak like you see in some hotels. Heated pool on a cold December day was awesome. The restaurant and sports bar connected to the hotel was neat, even though we didn't go to either one of them. Probably the only negative I had is the parking in the southwest corner of the hotel... it was VERY tight and hard to back out if there were cars parked behind you. Overall it's well worth the stay if you are wanting to stay at Cocoa Beach on a budget. Some of the more expensive hotels in the area aren't even as nice inside the rooms as this hotel.

Love the old school Florida look and feel at his hotel. I was pleasantly surprised though how modern the and clean the room was, We really enjoyed our stay here except one night the Sapphire lounge (facing the pool) had a very loud and rowdy crowd till 2am. The staff didn't do anything to quiet them down. All the other nights were quiet and we had no complaints. The hotel provides really slow wi-fi unless you pay 5$ a day. that was a bit of a bummer.
