Looking for a deliciously easy excuse to fire up the grill this winter?

1. In a shallow baking dish, mix 16 oz bottle of Italian dressing, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of salt. Place 4 boneless chicken breast halves in the dish, and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. (Or for best results, marinate overnight.)

2. Preheat grill and your side burner to high.

3. Lightly oil grate. Discard marinade, and grill chicken 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. Don't forget to throw a pot of milk on your side burner for hot cocoa (a crowdpleaser).

4. Warm up with hot cocoa and a perfectly marinated grilled chicken. Enjoy!
