Ordered the Super Vegetarian and "got it wet". Very tasty and great portions. Lots of vegetarian options and nice atmosphere. There were no chips left though.

The worst delivery system in NYC they must be the slowest and least organized restaurant of all time. Don't order through seamless it will take hours.

Good food, great price! I love that they have vegan options here. The place has a divey look to it, giving it a fun vibe. Chips are self-serve & free. Their chunky salsa is my new favorite! I had the BBQ tempeh tacos... Yum! Great late night hang out spot!

Food: All the tacos came with a double tortilla, and had lettuce and fresh tomato and onion salsa. - chicken and tilapia didn't have much flavor, probably won't get those again. - Steak - not bad - not dry but could be more more moist, needs more flavor/seasoning - Chicken tika - saucey - slightly spicy and has a nice flavor Horchata was very, very sweet and delicious. Free tortilla chips and salsa to grab while you wait for the food.  The salsa looked good, but was a bit bland. Service was good. Went: 2 times

You'll feel as snug as rice and beans in a burrito at this cozy Mexican restaurant with a vegetarian and vegan bent. A bright red and yellow decor provides backdrop to intimate tables, (2-4 people) where the service is friendly and fast. Breakfast is served all day, except breakfast - they open at 11 - You'll find enough menu options among the sandwiches, Mexican dishes, salads and mains to satisfy the most peckish or gluttonous member of your party. Generous portions leave you feeling full, so plan for a siesta afterwards.

This was a nice surprise. Loved the tacos and the salad just for two.

The wonderfully sweet former-owners of Curly's vegetarian lunch moved their vegetarian mexican food up the street. While Hotel Tortuga also is friendly to your omni- friends, there is still much delicious vegetarian and vegan food to be had. Also, the adorable crayon drawings on the wall still remain which makes the place as homey and lovely as the sadly missed Curly's.
