Story
Introduction
One of my goals is to get you through your case with as little extra distress as possible. Some of the important elements for that, in my opinion are: your working with an attorney with whom you are comfortable; getting clear information and having the decision making process about the different issues in the case be smooth without a lot of extra stress and uncertainty; having an attorney who will settle or resolve the case as efficiently as possible; and having an attorney who will fight for you - be as zealous and thorough as you would be or would want to be in coming up with and arguing the reasons that support your position.
