Frustrating Experience Don’t be persuaded by the all the OLD high rating reviews for this establishment. Richard is by far the worst of the worst. I chose to stop by this establishment based on the yelp reviews, but was unfortunately disappointed. I went in on Saturday to get a diagnosis for the bumpy ride I was experiencing with my car. I was told that I would possibly need my rear wheel bearing replaced. Richard stated that he would have to wait until his master technician was available on Monday to get a definitive/accurate diagnosis. He stated that I could leave the car that day or bring it back on Monday. I opted to drop it off on Sunday evening and leave the keys in the drop box so that the car would be there 1st thing Monday morning when they opened at 7am. I did just that and left my keys, and contact info along with details of the original stated diagnosis. By noon on Monday I had not received any status or as much as a courtesy call regarding my car, so I called and was told they had not been able to come up with a diagnosis for my car, but coincidentally the car was out being test drove at the exact time that I had called. 3 hours later I finally received a call back giving me the same EXACT diagnosis I was already given Saturday (the rear wheel bearing)……. So you mean to tell me it took you 8 hours to give me the same diagnosis that took literally 5 minutes to give on Saturday?!!?? After hearing the very frustrating news that my car had just been diagnosed after being there for basically an entire day, I specifically asked how long it would take to do the repairs. To my surprise Richard said the car would be available mid-day the following day (noon Tuesday). I stated the importance of having the car by the time promised, because I could not miss another day of work. I even asked him again to re-assure that the car would be ready for pickup by noon Tuesday. However, Tuesday came and went and you guessed it not even a courtesy call about the status of my car. The icing on the cake, I finally get a call from Richard Wednesday morning asking if I received the message he left on my vmail on Tuesday about my car. Apparently he called the wrong number. I would expect a hell of a lot more customer service towards a customer that is spending more than 1 grand at your establishment. So unless you have a VERY flexible schedule and can be without a vehicle for an extended amount of time, don’t waste your time or money here. Update: I've driven my car a little under a week since my repair work and although the bumpy drive has been corrected, I have now begun to hear whistling noises from my rear wheel. The owner Mr. Lucas and is management staff have followed up with me regarding both the customer service dispute as well as the new noises I have been experiencing, which is rare these days, so it's certainly appreciated. It's just unfortunate that I came in with 1 problem and now leaving with a different problem. Maybe favor just wasn't on my side this time around. But to say the least, this has definitely been a headache that I would rather not had to deal with.

I brought my BMW's to Lucas Auto Care last week and I have been very pleased with how well they taken care of my car, fast turnaround and high quality work. Being that it's my first time there, this place is absolutely amazing. Tyger " the service adviser" , is great at staying in touch and getting me back on the road. I appreciate how open and honest in terms of recommendations and suggestions - not try to run up the bill...

I brought my S5 in for a repair. The repair was done but also a thorough inspection of my car and replaced an item that was on campaign in your system. I had heard that Lucas Auto Care service was good and it was phenomenal!

I was talking to a friend of mine at a Restaurant about finding a good guy who is honest and knows how to work on Benz. I hate dealership. He recommended this place and I say I will give it a shot. I told him about my benz making a noise when I apply brakes. He says you brakes still good for another couple of months. I went back and I have never been so happy. Its like finding your barber who knows what to expect from you and what needs to be done. You will not be disappointed with Lucas.
