Oftentimes, it's taking the time to double check our ability to hit the finer points that makes for the big jumps in performance. If you want to fine tune your deadlift, kettlebell swing, or even your military press, this might be very helpful for you to practice. If you've been working on chronic lower back issues & can't seem to make a breakthrough, the glute activation cue that I cover here might help re-train your posterior chain in a very positive way!
