Hello Jessica, I am very sorry to see your post. After reviewing your experience we will be making a few changes in each room: There will be LARGER labels describing the four post wax products on the customer cart in each room that each client are welcome to use post wax to remove any wax residue that may still exist. As well as a sign posted above the cart so that clients can find their way to the cart. in an attempt to not further irritate the clients skin if there is a sensitivity or allergy to the ingredients in our products, I do not introduce products to their fresh skin. I leave it to the clients to choose or not to choose to put a product on their skin. On another note I am sorry that you felt "rushed" that is never my intention. My goal is to give you a quick thorough wax in a friendly manner. I wish you would have brought to my attention these topics before you left the building, I would of been more than happy to accommodate any of your needs.
