This little sandwith and coffee shop is spectacular. The people are very friendly, the food is is outstanding. The veggie, woolypig, tuna, and openfaced egg are scumtious! This neighborhood is lucky to have this fine establishment

Be like the name of the restaurant and pig out! Seriously! try their unique sandwiches, or go for the roast beef! Great Eggplant Sandwiches as well. My only pet peeve, is that the prices went up a tad ( which I would have given 5 stars if they didn't ). Being a local, and coming here for sometime, I still think this is a nice, quiet edition to the inner sunset. Update: I tried the dinner w/my roomates as it was quite the comfort food, especially if you want that on those cold inner sunset nights :)

Went here for lunch on Saturday with a friend, and we shared two sandwiches + an almond panna cotta. The signature pork belly sandwich: My friend: loved it, reminded her of her mom's Taiwanese cooking Me: very tasty, but not outstanding The Banh Mi sandwich: Me: amazing in taste, texture, everything! Perfect level of spiciness, and great balance of ingredients overall! Friend: very good, but not as amazing as the Vietnamese sandwiches in Dorchester (near Boston) The almond panna cotta: Me: Great! Not too sweet Her: Canned mandarins. Otherwise really yummy The service was fine, but the cash-only policy was unexpected and frustrating. Come on, people, you have a myriad of affordable options for accepting plastic nowadays! I ended up being embarrassed by having to ask my friend to pay for her meal since I didn't have enough cash in my wallet :-(. Not much seating, but we still found a table inside.

Tasty sandwiches at a reasonable price. Bonus: the street is quiet.

Amazing! Had soup and sandwich special of the day. Both were fantastic. The server was friendly and kind. It was Memorial Day so they had actually run out of the Wooly Pig sandwich, but the server helped me choose something else.

Incredible sandwiches that I could eat every day. Only unfortunate part is they are cash only and they're only open for lunch time. But even with those smallest of hiccups this place is well worth it.
