Delicious pastries for gluten-allergic consumers. I've heard they're also switching away from certain gums and other types of grains, so stop here to find great food allergy safe foods. Not really a place to hang out, but you can get your pastries and bread to go. I love the hamburger buns, cakes, cookies, bars, and cupcakes.

No longer selling directly to consumers, or operating as a restaurant.

It's great to find a gluten free bakery that also has many vegan options. They are improving the shop and creating new items constantly. Best gluten free bakery in Seattle.

When we found out my daughter had celiac disease we were just devastated and lost trying to figure out what new diet we were going to provide her while maintaining a normal teenage life. She was 13 then and now 19. I asked her what she wanted for her birthday this year and she said "Cinnamon Rolls from Wheatless in Seattle". Enough said.

I have driven by Davinici's nearly a hundred times. I noted that it was gluten-free. Good, cause so am I... but just never stopped before yesterday. Earlier Saturday Morning I had been at Manna Mills for their GF vendor tasting party. I tasted Davinici's several of Davinici's products and was quite impressed with the crumb of the cake, the texture of the pumpernickle and the crust of the french bread. Later that day I came upon it and decided to stop in to see what the bakery had to offer. I found a girl behind the register that did not appear to know how to be helpful or friendly. I found no prices nor ingredient notes. When I asked for a list of items that are regularly available, the girl said, No list was available because it really varied from day to day. Hungry and unimpressed with the customer service I looked around and noticed the panni sandwiches in a side case. I got one with egg n mushrooms and cheese, too. She heated it up for me. The panni blew me away. Wonderfully light yet pita-like bread with a hearty saucey mushroom layer, topped w an egg. So my opinion is, the food is fabulous, but if they can't figure out how to be new customer friendly, they will not be around long. Many Blessings
