A life innovator who helps you make lasting change.
Introduction

I am a life innovator who holds a Ph.D. in science and engineering from MIT. I am passionate about helping brilliant people (like you) live brilliant lives, on your terms.

With my unique combination of science and coaching, I have founded Samantha Sutton Ph.D. Life Solutions, to teach you how to build a career you love, heal your marriage, find love, master your time, or overcome negative emotions like anxiety or anger that have you paralyzed. Get my weekly tips and tools to learn more.

I believe that you can become a master “life-ologist” with a little practice; I offer a set of deep, intuitive, and practical tools to consciously re-work your brain and how you think on the inside so you can change your world on the outside. The end result: a complete life that you love.
I have coached thousands of individuals and also at institutions like Stanford and the National Cancer Institute (NCI). I have been featured in publications such as the Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, Lifehack, Redbook, USA Today, and Chronicles of Higher Education.

If you are ready to step up and "invent" a life that you love, I offer coaching in many different formats and locations, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, and San Francisco.

I have loved boarding my 5 lb Papillon here. The staff seems to genuinely care about my dog, remembering all sorts of things about her between visits, and are excited when she comes in for a stay. Once, I got to Bow-Wow before it opened, and one of the employees, who was also there early, volunteered to check her in for me so I could go catch my plane. It was a cold morning, so he zipped her up in his hoodie. That is such a beautiful memory for me. In response to some of these other reviews, my dog is a fragile breed, and yet has always come back in great shape, happy and perky, and well bathed (if I ordered a bath). And yes, the owner does ask you if you would like services like nail-clipping, but I have never felt like he was pushy... just matter-of-fact. One more note: I picked up my dog here a few hours before Hurricane Sandy hit in 2012, and the crew was clearly well-prepared to handle the evacuation. I believe that they moved all of the dogs up to the second floor, and team members spent the night with them. While I was glad to have my pup with me during the whole Sandy situation, I feel confident that Bow-Wow would have been a fine place for her to weather it out, too. Haha no pun intended!
