I used to like going there with my children or guests from the Pacific but on my last trip between April 24 - 28, 2015 I was very disappointed with the crab buckets they gave us. Most of the claws or legs were missing. I am talking about missing. They were serving claws like you index fingers. I will never go back to this place again. I wish this place will be shut down by people who spend lots of money when they go there and not to go there. It is not worth it. Attitudes of employees are bad.

first time in Vancouver Washington as a trucker. my goodness this was delicious!! I had the stuffed mushroom. I usually have seafood stuffed mushroom and they taste like stove top box dressing. but this was total opposite. fish, celery, and shrimp pieces were in the mix. too good!! I didn't get the Alfredo sauce. the mahi mahi fish was maybe grilled a little too long. so that basically took away the "juice". the mango pico-which I never had before was great. the rice tasted different. I couldn't really get the flavor of it. the broccoli was good. although it was boiled maybe a little too long. so I didn't get a crunch. it was more of a chew if that makes sense. my husband had the "Orleans". crawfish was spicy and good. even though I don't know how to eat em. shrimp decent. overall presentation was good. colleen our waitress was sweet. not annoying at all. only problem was the price. but at the same time I understand. the seafood is very fresh and they gotta keep em comin :) 3 1/2 stars not 3 from me!! enjoy

I just returned home from a lunch with friends at Joe's Crab Shack in Vancouver. What a joke, I will never go back there again. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our food and then mine was burnt and overdone. They did bring me another plate of the same, but by then it was time to go. We also had problems paying for our lunches, the computer was not working correctly and the pens didn't write... The waite staff was very good but the kitchen needs help! The restaurant is expensive, but I wouldn't mind that if the food had of been good and it didn't take so long to get it! Be prepared to spend a long time in this restaurant just to get overcooked and overpriced food!

.....the first visit was not great had a "Bucket" & the lobster was boiled or? and very tasteless...then very sad...took new found relatives there and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our food & it was gross. The bacon around the scallops & prawns was cooked on the outside but raw when unwrapped from around them. The lobster (broiled) was so tough it tasted like an overcooked rock lobster. The service is fine.....but sadly I will never return.

Got here and was seated right away. We got our drinks within 15 minutes. Only bad thing so far is the tv has no sound due to contract with the music. Never heard that before but ok. Good thing we only need to see the game.

We waited about 30 minutes for food. It came out cold. Cold fried food. The bathrooms were trashed with vomit on the floor. Bill was about $100 for 3 people.
