I really hate this court decision. It is extremely bad for debtors and creditors. Insurance lawyers are going to love this decision because it will allow insurance companies skip out of liabilities owed to the unwitting debtor. http://bit.ly/1VNb3eL

Does anyone ever go to jail for filing bankruptcy? As long as you tell the truth in court and on your bankruptcy petition, the answer is no. People don’t go to jail for filing bankruptcy.
