2. Assist PD in development of a clear work plan for the community mobilization activities of the projects with the aim to complete the activities within the time frame of the project.
3. Organize community public meetings and facilitate the selection of the Village Relief Committees (VRC) and support them in fulfilling their duties.
4. Ensure establishment of clear ownership, structure for maintenance and financial and technical resources as per the maintenance approach of the project.
