Took my '09 Mazda 6 to Tracy Mazda for the 90,000 mile major service. We only brought it to the dealership because we are getting ready to sell it and it looks better on the service record. Every time we have brought it here for service they have "recommended" services that are supposedly needed immediately and they are ready to order the parts and give us the bill. However, we always have had a separate trusted mechanic look at the issue and no problem is found. 1st time they recommended the cabin air filter be changed (for over $200) and stated that it cost so much because "it is labor intensive" and they had to "take the dashboard apart to get to it." We watched a 3 minute YouTube video and was able to change it ourselves (you only need to take the glove box off its hinges), and the filter was only about $20, and to top it off when we pulled it out, it didn't even look dirty. The 2nd time we went in we were told the brake pads were at dangerous levels and needed to be replaced immediately, but when we had them checked out separately there was actually 5mm left on the pad (which is ok by Mazda's own checklist). Today, it was recommended that the tie rods (part of steering/tire system) be replaced immediately - we were given one explanation on the phone when they called to say the car was ready, then the paperwork read something different, and then it was explained a third way. It added up to them wanting to charge us $329 to fix this "problem." However, we had the tires balance and rotated and an alignment 2 weeks ago and everything in this area, including the tie rods, checked out in good condition at the tire shop. Sorry but I just don't buy it that in 2 weeks they went from good condition to needs immediate replacement. Plus what happened to showing customer appreciation? I had a $400 service done, it took 4 hours, and then they charged me an additional $5 for a new battery in my key when I asked about it. Really, you couldn't throw that in as a courtesy? I guess I should just feel lucky they didn't charge me labor cost to put the battery in the key. And how much do you have to spend to get a free car wash? Every time I have been there, I see cars coming out of the service area having been washed, but my car is always returned dusty. I guess my expectations are too high. But they need to realize customers have a choice, and this will be the last time I choose Tracy Mazda.

I bought recently used BMW 335i and all I can say is "fantastic ". Staff is friendly, knowlegeable, organized and never pressure customer. I love my car and it is exactly as described. Definitely will be back in the future.

We just purchased a brand new Mazda 3 at Tracy Mazda and we had an excellent experience. Our Sales Consultant was Alfonso, and he was great. He led us through the process in a very friendly and helpful manner. He answered all of our questions and was very straightforward and thorough. He even set up our blue tooth in the car before we left. Overall we would definitely recommend Tracy Mazda if you are in the market for a new or used car. The sales team, from the owner all the way down, was great. Ask for Alfonso!

My dad and I recently went to Tracy Mazda just to check it out and see if they still had a 2008 Camry I had seen online. From the beginning Alfonso was very nice and informative about this particular car. After only speaking to Alfonso on the phone, I finally went into dealer and felt that overall, it was a smooth car purchase. I am indecisive at times and especially this time, since it was my first time buying a car, but I found the service just right. I did not feel rushed or pressured. It took me a while to decide, but Alfonso and his manager were there with me the whole time answering my questions, all of them. I was pleased. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. I would say the best thing about this place, and about Alfonso is that they stay with you during the whole time making you feel like they really do care. The only thing about my car purchase is that my 2008 (pre-owned car) did not have a manual and I failed to ask for one then, but I will be giving them a call to see if they can get me one. I am very pleased with my car purchase! They quickly detailed the last finishing touches and I was ready to take it home! :) Thanks.

We recently purchased our 2014 CX-5 GT from this dealership and the experience was great. Amy helped us with the purchased and was very friendly and easy to work with. We had previously visited Stockton Mazda and Maita Mazda but the service was best here. They had the exact car that we were looking for and got us a great deal that we couldn't refuse. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great service and is looking at a new Mazda.

Bought a 2007 Honda Element from Tracy Mazda, first car I ever bought from a dealership and the entire experience was great. Jeff Cannon was my sales consultant and the main guy who helped me through the whole process. Always patient, never pushy, did not mind me testing out every part of the car. He helped me get the car I wanted rather than suggest something else. Brian Hague and Charles Lunsford helped me with financing and were able to work with my credit union. These guys answered all my questions and kept me informed the whole time I was there. There's a reason they get so many positive reviews at different websites. I recommend them.

On 07/08/2012, my wife and I spent the entire day shopping for a Mazda3. We contacted almost every Mazda dealership in a 100 mile + radius. Every Mazda dealership we went to would not work with us on the price. We eventually went to Tracy Mazda and were helped by Alfonso Guitron. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and my experiences were not the greatest. The sales people always seem to pressure you or make you feel like you can not just look around. I have to say I did not feel like that at Tracy Mazda. Alfonso was able to work with us and get the Mazda to a price that we were able to afford where other dealerships were not willing to. Alfonso took the time to show us every miniscule detail about the vehicle and how it worked. I have to say by far this is the best experience I have had while buying a car. Alfonso made this experience easy and hassle free. Alfonso was able to get us the color style and price that we wanted. My wife and I love our new Mazda and its all thanks to Alfonso and the other staff at Tracy Mazda.

Love Tracy Mazda. This was my first purchase there. My boyfriend has previously purchased two other cars from Tracy Mazda, with nothing but great things to say about them and Alphonso especially. Brian does some great work as well. Had an incredibly pleasant experience and will definitely be going back in the future. Couldn't enjoy buying a car more. :)
