Shumen city has a range of hotels to suit all budgets and tastes and there are many large shops offering everything you need for daily living. If you are thinking of moving to a municipality within the Shumen Province, this is where you would have to register for electricity - Energo Pro which is situated in a beautiful park with a café and restaurant. Whenever I am in Shumen city I will always find time to stop into the Hotel Acktion, I am sure that this is the cleanest hotel I have every stayed in, the lovely lady continues to mop throughout the day with a smile on her face. Great pizza and a lovely outside area to enjoy a beer on a hot day.
