I actually started laughing at "laughter". You know a vacation, don't you... The thing you pay for and pretend it's for the whole family, but it's really just all about the kids and makes parents broke and tired.
It's Friday, so ...  Blogging Challenge!  This week is Use Your Words, where participating bloggers pick 4 - 6 words or short phrases for someone else to use in a post.  The blogger must use each word/phrase at least once and...

Such great ideas for starting conversations at the table. I know even when it's my son and I, we still need to talk. I always want our lines of communication to be open.
Dinner conversations starters to really get the conversation going with your family.

It's easy to make costumes and hands-on projects from re-purposed items around the house!  My kids are always using things that they find lying around the house....scotch tape, aluminum foil, cardboard...nothing is safe!  Occ...

I was surprised he wasn't shy at the dance.  At home he has quite the moves so was glad he felt comfortable with the big kids +karen canino

Lol I will admit I can be just as fussy as my little one, which is why I really can't be too angry at her refusal to try anything new. It doesn't mean I'm not going to fight it as hard as I can.

Book Review - Prayers for the Stolen

A #book #review today...

I enjoyed the perspective and point of view this story was told in.  Jennifer Clement's writing was great and only kept me wanting to read!
Jennifer Clement's Prayers for the Stolen is a great read, I suggest it goes on your summer list!

My son has been attending Children's Academy since he was 6 months old. He now starts kindergarten in a few days. They have always been more than just a daycare/[preschool, they have been a 2nd family for us. The saying, "it Takes ad Village" has been proven with Children's Academy. I will forever be grateful for all they did for my son and our family.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. We stayed here as a package through Sesame Place and it was a BIG mistake. The neighborhood was poor and the quality of the hotel was terrible. The first room didn't have a working AC and after being out all day NOT ONE PERSON checked on it, we finally got a new room at 7pm and the second room was missing a desk. The bathroom was NOT clean and had a dirty tub and pubic hair all over the floor. The bathroom smelled bad and there were cheap repairs all over instead of replacing broken doors and and walls. I felt dirty and needed to clean myself as soon as I got home.
