Yet another treatment women can desire.

Since many women really, really want a man, I wonder what would change if a large percentage of men started behaving like they don't care about women having fat-free, supermodel bodies. Would women feel less inclined to get treatments for natural and not unhealthy variations in their appearance? (Note that I'm leaving lesbians out of this because they seem to be more accepting of the natural female body.)

I'm asking because I see that women also compete with one another, partly for the attention of men but also partly just because. Perhaps the greatest influence is the giant cabal of fashion designers, make-up companies, "woman-oriented" TV show producers, and cosmetic medical practitioners. Those people are trying to make a buck and aren't going away, but maybe we as men could try to decrease the pressure a bit.
