I went in to the dealership to get my digital compass looked at. They said it was not coverered under warranty. That's fine and I understand that. But driving down the road soon after I was at Toyota of Puyallup, the plastic piece that my digital compass is enclosed in had fallen out of my roof while hanging by wires and hit me in the face while I was driving 60 miles an hour, twice! At first I thought maybe it needed to be clicked in properly so I did that. The second time I knew something wasn't right. The screw that holds it secure was not put back in. I was very upset and called the customer service manager. The front desk said that he would contact me immediately he was good at getting back to people quickly. About two weeks have gone by and Toyota Puyallup has never contacted me. It's the closest dealership to me and I will never do business at this place again! This could have been more serious. When u go to a name brand dealership you have faith that they do things right. WELL THEY DIDNT DO THINGS RIGHT.

I trust this place to give me an honest answer when it comes to repairing my vehicle. The waiting room isn't as nice as some of the others in the area but easily makes up for it with their service quality

I purchased my Corolla here. The buying experience was pleasant. The service department is quick and efficient. This is not the closest Toyota dealer to my house. But I keep coming back because they treat their customers right here.

My first time buying a new car and I purchased 2016 Toyota 4Runner on Memorial Day. As excited that I was to have this beautiful car I have to be honest the process of negotiation to purchase the car was not good at all. Was my dealer nice yes. But he wasn't attentive..and like to tell me how he had a very important costumer that he couldn't be late for as I was going to pick up my car on the agreed upon date and time. He made me feel like I was a second hand citizen! I am purchasing a brand new 2016 Toyota 4Runner and you don't have time for the first time car buyer..He was so "Busy" I never even test drove my car. Anyway all and all I love my car but the experience was less than desirable. I have to admit I wouldn't suggest first time female buyers to come here. As a first time buyer or buyer for that matter you as the costumer need to feel like you matter and your just as important especially when purchasing a brand new vehicle. My honest opinion! Three big issues I had. 1st on Memorial Day as I was negotiating with my dealer at one point he had the nerves to tell me he's been here since 8am. And he was tired ....I apologize to him and told him I am a nurse and I work 12-16 hr shifts so I understand long shifts but him being tired will not sway me in making a deal that I am uncomfortable with. 2nd He talked about some guy in Seattle that was his number one costumer. Well if he was attentive to me I could have not only become a retuning costumer but I would have been a good word of mouth to the other female nurses that I know that is looking for a SUV. 3rd.. the fact that it was late when we finished negotiating and my car hadn't gone through there service place to be checked.. I think is called a 20 point check or something. I never had a chance to test drive it so we agreed I would come back the next day around 2pm. But when I got there my dealer was in a rush to go to seattle for he's special costumer that he half assed my process and I never test drove my car. They didn't even put in my LoJack I purchased do to my dealer and he's lack of attentiveness to my process. Anyway I hate given bad reviews but this needed to be done so the next female that purchases a car from this dealership will hopefully have a better experience especially if is her first time as a new car owner. Once again I love my car and I guess in the end that's all that matters!

So for years i had a Tacoma truck and always had great service at the Toyota of Puyallup. Well I guess all good things come to a end. Today I go in for a basic oil change on my commuter car a 2001 camery and the tell me all of my lug nuts on my car are stripped and have to be replaced. They tell me this is going to cost me almost 300 dollars out of pocket. I bought the tires at Toyota of bellevue and the only place that have ever rotated my tires are Toyota of Bellevue. They tell me they can not do anything about my issue because because Toyota of Bellevue is responsible. Then they tell me they will put my tires back on and they "hope" my car will make it to Bellevue. A real class act from Toyota of Puyallup. One would thing Toyota dealers would back each others service departments. They did not even have the common curtesy to call Bellevue to ask if they would cover the job.

I have been taking my Tundra, Prius, Lexus GX470 and now starting tomorrow my wife's LX 470 to Puyallup Toyota for service. We have had awesome service and never ever been solicited by recommendations to do unwarranted repairs! I have had other less happy experiences in Tacoma with a different dealer, the company I work for bought a fleet of Prius's, about 12, we cannot hardly get in for an oil change! I had to make an appointment a week in advance, at Puyallup, they let me drop off in the morning and its done by the afternoon! Keep up the great work!!!

this is a great place to do business, originally i did have little concern about my purchased truck and after i talk to my seller they solve it rigthaway , im really happy with my truck, thanks to all toyota team. selling and service department!!!! happy man!!!!
