We (TechnoSmarts) placed our order online and within 18 minutes we received an email that the order was ready to be picked up. When we got there to pick up our order, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great products! Great Customer Service!

The store was busy, and I thought I would have to wait forever for help, but I was wrong. I got helped right away, found everything I was looking for. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable about the products, I got lucky enough, when i went back a couple weeks later, the same guy helped me. I have been to Micro Center a few times over the past couple of years, for different things, and I have NEVER had a bad experience.

I purchased all my computer parts for my high performance gaming PC last week. When I got home, I put my rig together only to discover that I had a short somewhere (probably because I spent less on my motherboard and that was not Microcenter's fault). Since it was late, I decided to go back to Microcenter early the next morning to see if someone could help find the problem. I figured it was either the PSU or the motherboard. When I mentioned this to them, they said they would replace both, no problem. After taking apart my rig at the knowledge bar and taking out the motherboard and PSU, I exchanged for new parts. I then began putting my rig back together with the help of -I believe her name was- Chris, who was absolutely helpful and very understanding of my frustrations. After the rig was put back together, I discovered that my top PCI-E slot wasn't functioning on the new motherboard. As you can imagine, this was extremely frustrating, but the staff was super helpful and understanding. I repeated the process again and got another motherboard and rebuilt the rig again. Third time is the charm. My rig is now running without a single problem and I absolutely love it. I would definitely advise going to Microcenter to not only build your new PC, but to purchase all electronics you may need (as i am now doing from now on)

IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! First let me say that you WILL NEVER reach a person in this store by phone. They may as well disconnect their phone service because they don't use it. We bought an ASUS netbook here a couple years ago and it and the service have both been terrible. The netbook runs excruciatingly slow and then crashed with no display and no boot up, only power. We purchased the extended warranty, but calling the store to see if it was still under warranty failed (no answer), calling the tech support team to ask about the problem (no answer). We had to drive 25 miles back to the store and wait in line for 30 minutes to find out that we needed to bring something else in with us to get the repair request started. We finally got it repaired after leaving it with them for 2 weeks (they sent it back to ASUS). When we got it back, it was still running very slow and it just crashed with exact same problem again one year later. I just attempted to call their warranty number and their tech support numbers at least 5 times each and no answer. It's a Thursday in late January at 4pm, so how busy can it be there right now that no one can answer the phone. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MICROCENTER AGAIN!!! I'll stick with Best Buy or purchase my computers online from now on. FYI - In case you're thinking that I'm one of those people who are easily upset and post bad reviews. Not true. This is the first time I've taken the time to post a bad review for any business. Take my advice and don't shop here unless you live really close and have time to go into the store for any after market issues.

One of the hardest stores ever to reach by phone... might as well stop by when your in the area because you wont get through... Failed service call replacement for me.. Once in the store its a kid in candy store they have everything!!!!

I really want to like this place, but their phone customer service might as well not exist... I called 8 or 9 times and got disconnected everytime.. Then when I leave a message asking what is going on with my computer I get absolutely no response.. I really like the versatility and options this place presents but they need to work on their customer service skills and get their phone lines sorted out... -update- I got to speak to one of their managers and that was really cool, they addressed my concerns about the phone lines. Like I said aside from the phone lines I really love this company, they are resourceful and take care of their customers.

I really like this store. The staff are cool. The displays of the latest Laptops, PCs and computer parts is eye candy to me. Above all I like going to the back to admire the custom PC cases done for them. I remember I was having issues with my custom PC. Over time the issue got worst so I brought it over. The Technician there plugged a Monitor mouse and keyboard to my PC to do some diagnostics. I talked to him about the symptoms and he said it could be my motherboard, Graphics Card or RAM. However he had a "Haunch" that it was the graphics card. I bought one and he helped guide me with advise to remove the old one and insert the new one. He couldn't touch it because if he breaks it, he said it would be on their hands. Company policy thing I guess. It was the graphics card and I had no further issues. Thanks to the staff there my PC is back to full operating capacity. Thanks Micro Center Team! The Gigabyte 750 TI rocks!

Let me start by saying, I LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been putting PC's together since middle school and I remember my dad telling me one day there was a place by the galleria that sold parts locally. I walked in and I was blown away the first time. It's like a giant candy store for grown ups. There's isle's of the coolest tech you can't find at most electronics stores and quite reasonable prices on most things. It's so cool to be able to walk around and actually look and feel all the pieces. I've never had any service done there so I can't comment on that but the staff has always been quite helpful for me. The people helping select components realize that there are many different levels of experienced people in building. They are certainly able to talk with the most seasoned vets, they'll even look up specs online to help you decide if they don't know off the top of their head. Plus I've seen them help pick out whole new systems for complete first timers. Maybe its because I'm an electrical/computer engineer but this is literally my favorite store in St. Louis!
