I apologize for the trouble you've run into with the inventory in store versus the website. We will certainly use this feedback to improve. In the meantime though we do have in-store pickup available which allows you to reserve what you see on the website and they will notify you at the store when your order is ready to pick up. In regards to the refurbished computers you've had trouble with, I can definitely understand the frustration with purchasing a computer with an error. There are multiple companies that refurbish computers that we sell.
