Super great experience. The food was exquisite, I could taste every carefully added ingredient. There was so much diversity on the vegetarian lunch tray brought to my immaculately appointed table. The decor was stately. I absolutely enjoyed a workday lunch at Mint Leaf in Coral Gables. I was happily surprised by the ambiance and gastronomics; I was a little put off by the less-than-welcoming service, but I excused it since everything else in this restaurant was so appealing. Warning, this IS a downtown Coral Gables dining spot, so it IS pricey. $20 per person for lunch may raise and eyebrow and the unpolished attendants may cause one to roll an eye. But, any negative aspects are washed away with all that is wonderful about this place.

Way overpriced, poor service, decent food. It has fallen so far since its awesome opening 7 years ago. At least from what I can see, not even a single Indian person works there anymore.

Excellent Indian food, quite expensive, nice decor, the place seats about 50 including the bar and a table outside. Portion looked small but definately filled me up. Ate there twice, i would go back again, my only complaint would be the price, basically 30 plus tip for "curry" white rice and a beer.

Bad experience. Groupon coupon a hoax and they were out of lamb dishes and mango ice cream. Way overpriced for the food quality.

Worst restaurant in the Gables, terrible service and terrible food. The owner should train their personal, they don't even know how to open a bottle of wine, The food its like re heated several times. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone NEVER. Only minty thing here is the bill

I had been here once before and was not thoroughly impressed, but decided to give it another try and treat my office employees to lunch as I was craving Indian cuisine. Aside from being the only Indian restaurant to charge for rice, the service was despicable. Perhaps because our waitress knew we were a party of 6 and would be subject to the mandatory service charge, she was horrible. The restaurant was completely empty, yet it took 45 minutes for a person in our party to receive his soda (my plate had already been retired from the table when his Coke finally appeared). I don't mind paying the price for good food if it is worth it. For the small portions, horrible waitress, and $200 price tag for 6 people to have lunch I would highly recommend to stay away. Do yourself a favor and go to Morton's; or anywhere else for that matter.
