Last month, we attended the 2018 NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors) Fall Conference in Philadelphia.

Westmount focuses multifamily acquisitions efforts primarily in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio markets.

In the past decade, the percentage of renters in these markets has grown at a 50 percent faster rate than the national average. This growth can be attributed to many factors, but they all signal for a strong multifamily outlook in the years ahead.
