Introduction
My name is Gregory Desierto and I am a doctor of psychology (Psy.D.) graduate student at the California School of Professional Psychology. I am currently working on my dissertation and applying for my pre-doctorate internship. My research and clinical interests include: Male Gender Roles, Male Victimization, Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) Issues, Gay Male Issues, Filipino Cultural Expectations and Values, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Disclosure of Trauma, Psychodynamic & Psychoanalytic theories, Child, Adult, & Family Therapy. In this webpage/blog you will find my musings about psychotherapy, psychology, research studies, mental health, and other random things pertaining to psychotherapy and psychology. I hope you enjoy them.
