I unfortunately did not get to eat any food, so this review does not reflect that. I did, however have a really bad experience regardless. I ordered 4 kinds of sushi and an appetizer online about 6:45 pm for pickup at 7:30 pm. I arrived at the Pei Wei about 5 minutes late, so around 7:35. When I went to the register to get my order, the cashier told me that they are out of sushi tonight, but I could make me something different instead. So basically, they had 50 minutes to give me a quick phone call and let me know that they were out of basically everything I ordered, but instead waited until I drove all the way up there to tell me that. Just unacceptable! The manager apologized and said they were very busy, as well as offered to give me everything else on my order (one appetizer) for free so that was nice, but I chose Pei Wei for the sushi. You want to see busy? Go to chipotle any night of the week... and they move like clockwork and get it right every time. There is also no way to pay for your online order beforehand or with a gift card in case someone would like to pick it up for you so be aware. It seems I am not the only one who has had issues at this location. I guess I should have listened more closely.

This place may have good food, but their management sucks. Cooks are literally cooking up a frenzy, but no one getting any food. We had a table of four, food was coming out one at a time through out the restaurant. A huge cluster f*ck!

I have always been a fan of this Pei Wei. The staff is always great here. I also love that they recently introduced slightly smaller plates so that you're not over-stuffed when you leave. Food is always served quickly and hot. They do a very good job of cleaning up right after people leave so that the tables are clean and ready for someone else to slide in. If you like a little bit of spicy without going crazy try the Spicy Chicken, delicious.

I'm a huge fan of Asian cuisine, and Pei Wei is one of those places that's quick and easy, but doesn't necessarily serve awesome food. It's not bad food, but it's nothing that will blow your taste buds away. I used to always get the chicken/shrimp lo mein, which is actually pretty good, but then I read the Nutritional Information and haven't ordered that much since (though I really appreciate that they do put the Nutritional Information on their website, because it does help me figure out the best options). Over the past year or so, the company has been experimenting with different dishes that are only on the menu for a short amount of time, which I guess is both good and bad. It's good because I really like trying the new menu items, but it's bad because if I really like the dish, I have to find something else when the dish goes off the menu. The basil chicken was definitely my favorite! My husband always gets the kung pao chicken, and requests it extra extra extra spicy. That's one thing about the spiciness levels here - they're not really that high, so if you're really into spicy food, you have to specifically request it. And even then you're not guaranteed to have it as spicy as you want. The best we got was when I requested it 10x as spicy, and the guy gave us a side of whatever spicy sauce they use, so that my husband could control how hot it really got, and it worked out well. But that hasn't happened since, and the spice level just isn't quite there. The good thing is that there are a lot of coupons out there. They've slowed down a little, but they used to have BOGO entree offers if you watched a video or two on their website, and the videos were actually pretty cool and informative and deal with how they cook and/or the ingredients they use. Lately the offers have been 20% off or something similar, and for how the meals taste, I just have a hard time bringing myself to pay for it unless it's BOGO.

My daughter and I ate there Monday Oct 28, for lunch. I ordered the lettuce wraps. The lettuce was fine and the filling was burned. I took it back and requested another one and it did not taste any better. Surprised because I have alway liked their food and was bragging to my daughter about the lettuce wraps. Disappointed. I guess the cook was having a bad day.

The food was quite repulsive, unless of course you're used to eating mediocre meals. Sadly the crab rangoons had been neglected, served unseasoned. Both brown and white rices were starchy. The Dan-Dan noodles (a beloved homemade favorite) was a bowl of mush, even the beansprouts and cucumbers lacked crispness. I also found a long hair weaved in the colorful vegetables of my Spicy Korean dish. Having it sorted took a while, but the waiter was kindly apologetic (the only reason for two stars.) I wouldn't wish the carelessness of this establishment upon anyone. With their utter disrespect by serving insipid food they won't ever receive my business again. I'll actually take the time, cook properly and save my hard earned money.

My husband and I eat at this Pei Wei every week and sometimes twice a week. This store is well-run and the employees are friendly and helpful. We take our out of town friends here, too. The food is great, and they help us with suggestions for new dishes

Love the Mongolian Steak (and add shrimp!) Yummy. It's quite busy during lunch, but they do a good job of getting seats ready as you order. Please don't send someone from your group to sit at a table before they order... it just messes everyone else up and slows down the process!
