The atmosphere was perfect, quiet, classic and romantic. The main room is very nicely decorated with a vintage touch. The food was fantastic: risotto and beef are a must. We also explored the private dining rooms upstairs for parties of 6+ and they were lovely... I will definitely go back!

Dinner was lovely. Great ambiance and mod decor. French food - I had the hake, which was lovely and nicely presented, and also the rocket/parm side. The desserts were delicious (I tried the apricots). This place is a gem.

We had dinner here last night having read a glowing review in last Sunday's Times. We were not impressed. The food was nothing special and the biggest disappointment was an over-priced and limited wine list. To pay € 61 for an ordinary Rioja was outrageous. As I was treating my dear friends , I did not want to express my displeasure in front of them. . Our bill for 4 was a whopping € 350 ( this included 3 bottles of wine ) I left a tip of € 25 for our pleasant waitress and was then sorry as the customers at the next table were given complimentary liquors yet we were not afforded the same courtesy. Now on a bill of our size, it is of minimal cost to the restaurant to offer this small gesture yet ...nothing. We will not be returning as we felt short changed.

Good food but the most arrogant and rude staff. Quite incredible how a big group is treated like you're a nuisance ... They definitely lost a lot of repeat business with this.

I went for a brunch with my bf at Marcel's. I loved the furniture and decor, The food was very good I had Beetroot, risotto and Creme Brulé. My boyfriend had roast, salmon and plum cake. The decoration on the plates was lovely and so was the quality of the food. I would definitely come back. Furthermore it was good value 25 € for a three course, and food was better quality than some other places where I spent more than 25 €
