Now that I have officially conquered the dairy free ice cream challenge, I need to share my results with you! I plan to get it up by next week. With this base recipe you can create just about any flavor your heart desires and enjoy it as much or more than it's milk filled counterpart.

One of our favorite go-to restaurants in South Charlotte. There is really nothing here that isn't delicious. My husband loves the seafood jambalaya and I'm a big fan of the blackened salmon and the crab cakes. Yum!
