The Grove, Jedi Dog Temple - biosynchronization, LED interactives in large climbable fractals and lots of fire. Anyone can blacksmith! Ask questions, explore and listen to the artists descriptions of works in progress now for 2016 Black Rock City. I am excited for many of these installations!

Collective ritual, connecting a city in light and playable art.

Fixing this caption to:

Monolith sculptural art in metal by Brent Heyning features Egyptian glphs and hours of programmed color-changing LEDs on top of a waterfall!

Sorry DailyMail, not.... "A colourful Moroccan sculpture is one of the features inside this expensive Los Angeles home"... it's not even inside. You can see that in the photo. It's on top of a gorgeous hill and waterfall.

Throwback.... How voting works in America, 2004.
Billionaires for Bush gets the credit on this one. They nailed the truth.... DIEBOLD was found to be fixing elections and had to spin off their voting machines under a new company name.

Thomas Friedman reported asking an Egyptian friend about the protest movements in that country: “Facebook really helped people to communicate, but not to collaborate,” he replied. Friedman added that “at their worst, [social media sites] can become addictive substitutes for real action.” That is why, while the larger social movements, as in Cairo’s Tahrir Square or on Wall Street, may raise consciousness about the need for renewal in society, it is the smaller social initiatives, usually developed by small groups in communities, that do much of the renewing.
