We agree that Nigerians must continue to fight terrorism, not simply move on! We're definitely not moving on Washington, D.C. Join us for the ‪#‎BringBackOurGirls‬ ‪#‎Day90‬ rally on July 14 at 11am at the Nigerian Embassy.

The mood in Nigeria is one of resignation over terrorist attacks and other atrocities, but when it comes to our missing schoolgirls I refuse to give up

From Nigeria's Geles to Louisiana's 'Tignon' Headwraps: What they both have in common? African women and creative crowns. I have always loved wrapping my hair partly due to sheer laziness of doing my hair, another due to heritage and the latter due to feeling regal. Either way there is history in the headwrap and they are here to stay. As an alternative to other hair styles be it relaxed, weave or natural, there is always the head wrap. Only catch for me working in health care some U.S. hospital policies ban them if not for religious reasons. http://blackgirllonghair.com/2014/07/shocking-history-why-women-of-color-in-the-1800s-were-banned-from-wearing-their-hair-in-public/

Tambra's Truth: I have failed in my life and will make mistakes. The key is to learn from my failures as life's lessons to achieve higher. For me F.A.I.L. means Faith Appearing Invisible and Lost. http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/235369

As the economic boost hits Nigeria with Western investments, so is the waistlines. Known as the New World Syndrome, many countries like Nigeria face the dual nutrition challenge of undernutrition and overnutrition.
