Is it just me or does it seem like Amazon's order processing/shipping is slowing down greatly.  I used to be very confidant that items ordered through Amazon would ship the next business day.  I have now had 4 orders that took 3-4 business days before they finally shipped.  In this day and age, this is unacceptable for an e-tailor, let alone Amazon.  They used to set the standard but it should never take over 10 days to receive items.  I guess I will be forced to re-up my Prime membership...

Absolutely Loved Q in Midlothian. I can safely say that it's the best BBQ I've had out of a restaurant (non competition) outside of Kansas City. Nice, big, and clean restaurant with very high quality food all around. Tuffy Stone has a winner! I got the three meat combo with ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. The chicken is a mix of white and dark meat and it is chopped into bite-sized chunks. It had tons of great flavor with a nice smokiness and great savoriness from the rub. The pulled pork was also very enjoyable. It was chopped/pulled into large pieces so it still had nice texture and was cooked to perfect tenderness. The flavor was good but is really improved by adding just a little of the hot sauce (which isn't very hot at all) and a little of the vinegar sauce (it has garlic and chili flakes in it). This combination really served to elevate the flavor profile. The star of the plate was the ribs. They were, in my opinion, perfect. Perfectly tender but not falling off the bone. Really balanced flavor profile of savory/sweet/smokey/tang. They were moist and succulent. For sides, I got the mac and cheese and onion rings. Both of which were excellent. The mac and cheese was especially great with lots of creamy gooey flavorful cheese. My only regret is that we don't live closer! Can't wait to come back! Also, if anyone is wondering, Tuffy is a great guy and we have seen him a couple times on the BBQ Competition circuit as my wife and I are KCBS Certified Judges.

I had TLC detail my 2010 Fusion last weekend and I was very pleased with the experience. First of all, Dave's customer service is second to none. We did all communication through e-mail and he always replied promptly and completely; always answering all of my questions. Dave fully detailed the card, including a one step paint correction. What was most impressive was the amount of defects Dave was able to remove from the paint in just the one step while still polishing the paint back to a nice level of gloss and clarity. Had I had a larger budget, I have no doubt that Dave could have brought the car back up to new or better condition. In addition, Dave let's you be as engaged in the process as you like. To the point of letting you pick the products you'd like used if you wish. This is great for people like me that know a fair amount about detailing and products but don't have the time to do it themselves. I also greatly appreciate the fact that Dave offers free pickup and delivery of your vehicle. This made the process much more convenient for me. I can only think of two negatives, the first being price. Given the quality of the work, you can expect significant cost. I think it is a combination of Dave's skill and also the cost of living in this area. That said, I have no regrets and Dave did mention that he offers a repeat customer discount. The other negative is a small issue with his website. I wish that the interior services were listed in the same detail as the exterior services are. Thanks again to Dave and Dan for the great work!! - Frank
