Besides just blood sugar, I'm guessing there are tons of health benefits to resistant starch.
I'm guessing that the reason it helps with blood sugar is because it is lowering inflammation.
I've also read that the butyric acid that the bacteria who feed on RS produce helps us to convert T4 to T3?
I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I'm betting that there will be an uptick in K2 MK4 production as well (and maybe MK7?).
