Make sure your 2012 goals have positive words instead of negative. Don’t say, “I will stop eating chocolate.” Instead say, “I will eat more veggies.” Start Curves Complete and see how to plan to eat more veggies and lose up to 20 pounds in 90 days. Ask to watch the introductory video at the club.

Who needs more clothes that are going to fall of you once you start losing weight? I know I don't. Work out at Curves, follow Curves Complete, lose the fat and then go shopping for the smaller size. That, my friends, is an endorphin rush worth it's weight in gold!!!
