Given the last couple reviews were from 6 months ago or more, I now understand why the service I received might have been sub par. The individuals that showed up to move my antique furniture were either hung over or strung out on some kind of substances for starters... I don't even know where to begin in terms of the stress level when allowing these people to move my timeless pieces out of my store room! Will not be using this company again and certainly cannot recommend it.

We bought an Antique cabinet on Friday, Jan.23 @ 7:30pm (Used Victoria L-6ft-H-6ft-D-18in.-solid oak with 2 glass doors.) I spoke to Gord Sat. @ 8.15am and he viewed the cabinet on line. He estimated $180.00. travelling from Esquimalt to Sidney. The antique cabinet was like a grand piano in size & weight & had to be somewhat dismantled, just to get it in the condo At 2.30pm our rather large treasure was in our residence having had to go down 12 steps in Esquimalt & up 14 in Sidney. The price was $190.00 & I was happy to pay it. Just an outstanding job by 2 young gentlemen. I have their business card & would not hesitate to call

Must say, I am not normally the one for writting reviews. but I would really like to share my experience for many of you that are looking for a great moving company in Victoria, BC. I got their contact info through a friend. Been told they are the best known moving company in the insider circle for moving specialized and difficult items, as well as any specialized commercial moves. I was a bit stressed out with the thought of moving. We have a very expensive grand piano along with some fragile collectables. More to the point, I hate packing, who does! I called them, a bit sceptical at first too. But they were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time. Packed up my stuff very professionally (they made it looked very easy for sure). No stress or headache. The whole thing was done in no time. some furnitures we have are most definitely heavy, but no damages or scratch on the wooden floor. Great experience. Will most definitely use them again. Oh, the quote was pretty accurate and reasonable for what we had. Admittedly They are not the cheapest company in town, but I hate the imagine what the trade off would be.

A+! Due to a mess up with the first company we called, we thought we were due for a super-stressful and expensive moving day. However, the fellows at Consider It Done went above and beyond expectations, coming to our house really early (just after 7 am) to fit us in and get it all done by 10:30! Thanks for making our moving day super easy, and thanks for the obvious care you took with our stuff (I noticed a few things throughout the morning that impressed me). I would enthusiastically recommend CID to anyone.
