Weakest excuse ever? Games like Rift and LotRO (and others) have high-end textures and don't seem to have this issue. The explanation should have been, "We tried to code this like a single-player experience because, you know, that's all we really do. To our surprise, it didn't work, so we tossed the feature out at the last minute. Oops." C'mon BioWare, we expect more from you.
