Hand Crafted Wines. Modern Casual Dining.

The Cooper’s Hawk concept includes four distinct components: an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private barrel-aging room, and Napa-style tasting room and retail gift store…all under one roof. Each Cooper’s Hawk location is distinctive in layout and décor, but carries the same warmth and elegance that guests have come to expect.

I didn't want to write this review. My wife and I had a great dining experience within the restaurant, even being accommodated quickly when we arrived tardy on a busy Saturday evening. We enjoyed our meals. We really enjoyed our wine flight. Service was friendly. Everything was going right. Then we ordered dessert to go. At home an hour later, we decided to dig into our slice of chocolate cake, which looked divine. I should have known something was off when my wife smelled the cake and was tentative. She took the first bite, and her face immediately soured. She then told me to taste without telling me why she made the face. I made the same face when I took a bite and was smacked in my taste buds with the unmistakable taste and crunch of a vidalia onion within the frosting. Even then, I tried to justify it, thinking maybe it was an intentional flavor combination, even double checking the ingredients on their menu. Then I called into the restaurant and spoke to the night manager, Mr. Shakir. He was immediately apologetic for the significant mistake, asking if I could send pictures of the cake so that he could have this issue addressed in the kitchen so that it would never occur again. I complied, sending him an email with a photo attachment. He promised for us to be treated to another dining experience at the restaurant to make up for everything. That was the last I heard from him. I waited over a week, but received no communication. Annoyed and fed up, I called into the restaurant again to inquire about my grievance and see if I somehow had missed something. I spoke to a different manager that let me know Mr. Shakir was present in the restaurant but assisting another customer. He was apologetic again, promising to notify Mr. Shakir and also follow up himself to make sure this was handled. He said I should receive a call from Member Services within 24 hours. Here I am 3 days later without an email or phone call. Like I said, I didn't want to write this negative review because we did enjoy our evening at the restaurant and fully planned on making multiple future visits. But my experience has now been completely soured by this horrendously poor customer service. I was patient. I was not belligerent. But I don't see how anybody could expect me to return to the restaurant after being so forgotten. I was already appalled that someone might have cut a cake with an unclean knife, much less one with onions on it. You'd think they'd be tripping over themselves to make that right. That was what I thought, but clearly I thought wrong.

I love this place... LOVEEEEE this place guys! They have the best wine and pasta here. That is the combination I get every time I attend. The servers too are amazing and very friendly. It's as if they try their best to make sure this place is my second home. Much love.

I love this place. This location has excellent service and great pasta dishes. The gnooci carbonara is my favorite dish and I recommend it if you love Italian food. The wine is amazing and I recommend the coopers hawk romance red wine.

Dined there today for lunch for my birthday. After being seated for about 8 minutes without being greeted, the booth adjacent to us was sat with s couple. Almost immediately a server appeared and introduced herself to the couple and took a drink order. She noticed my looking around for our server and she said to me " Sandy will be right with you." So while she is completing the drink order with the adjacent table, we were still looking around, and the appeared to be no "Sandy" in sight. This same server then asked would you like something to drink while waiting for Sandy?" We then gave our drink order. Upon her return with our drinks (still no Sandy) I asked if Sandy was on break. The server said "No, we switched, so I will get your order." We thanked and gave our order. The food was good, and we enjoyed our cocktails as well. Our server never introduced herself. I had to ask for her name. I have to say that I did not fully enjoy the experience. We felt that our server was reluctant to wait on us as again, we waited almost 10 minutes, while the other table was greeted immediately. I would like to think that it had nothing to do with our appearance (We are African- American, the other table had Caucasian guests. I, myself am a server for Red Lobster. We were never asked if we have visited Coopers Hawk before, nor whether we were celebrating a special occasion. I will be calling tomorrow and relay my experience with a manager. Our servers name was Tabitha. If I ever return, I will ask not be sat in her section. She was friendly and personable with the other table. She was curt and business-like with us. Not welcoming or warm at all.

The food was great, the service was so so. We were a table of 10 around 7 pm on Saturday. Our server was not able to bring us any silverware until just before our entrees came out, even though we had appetizers that required forks. And there wasn't much attention through out the meal. But other than those minor but disheartening objections. I had a great time there and would go back.

They wouldn't give me a drink because my ID is out of state and they couldn't find their book to verify it. Thought it was fake. Gave them all my credit and debit cards and they just couldn't find there book so no wine for me
