The last 2 weeks my "day job" has demanded more of me than usual (12-16 Hr days). Today I discovered that in my "absence" 1) The website went down, and 2) some of the download links stopped working.

Unfortunately I didn't see the support requests, and left the impression I was "unresponsive".

I want to apologize to the Evidentia community, as well as assure you that I am back on top of things and looking into the reported issues.

As always, thank you for your patience.

I am currently in the process of converting my site to a new Storefront. One of the benefits is that I MAY be able to give you access to your license key online. I am in the process of adding accounts for everyone who downloaded a digital copy of the software (those are the only ones I have the keys for).

After receiving the account email, please try logging into your account at your earliest convenience and update with your preferred email address (some are outdated). If you have issues, try the Lost Password option.

You will not see your key right away. That is "step two".

I appreciate your patience as I try to improve the customer experience.

OK genealogy lovers, time to get some feedback.

I have a feature coded that will search and return matches on claim, analysis and conclusion. For example, search for the word "Boston", and it will return any claim, analysis, or conclusion that includes the word "Boston".

The question is - how do you see yourself using this feature?

How you use it will help me design how to display it (rows, "cards", claims first, etc...).

Let the feedback begin!
