We tried for 3 days to log into internet. We never did get it. The room had a terrible odor and we had a view of the parking lot. The access to the ocean was not good. The price was the only good thing about it.

My sisters and I have been bringing our kids here for 10+ years! The cuzn's were in grade school when we started coming here. Several are now entering college....and we still look forward to our Spring Breaks together! We went for a few days in January spur of the moment....and it was beautiful! We'll be back in March!

Great place! Quiet, so very clean, and oh so comfortable. Our favorite is #17. Tastefully decorated with plenty of amenities. With expansive views from the beach front building the Ocean Terrace Condos give you a luxurious view of the ocean and if you don't feel like walking on the beach you can sit and enjoy the view from your room or from chairs on your deck.

My wife and I have been staying here once or twice a year for at least 10 years. The location is a bit removed from the center of Lincoln City and so is the commotion of the town. The location on top of a bluff makes a wonderful view of the ocean available to all of the main rooms on each level. Access to the beach is getting difficult for me (I’m 80 years old), but we made it down and up the steps again this year using the rest stop on the stairs. There are recreational facilities for guests (pool and pool) so the children can swim indoors while the parents play next door. Cable TV is available if desired and a nice collection of DVDs are available in the office. A kitchenette features plenty of glasses, dishes, cups and silver. Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave are there for your use. NO PETs however. That is a disadvantage for some but adds to the appreciation of those like us who have none.

Very good view from the patio! Units are well furnished and clean! The only problem is wifi connection: very weak and not stable inside the unit!

My husband and I like to "run away from the world" on a fairly regular basis and we always find our accomodations at Ocean Terrace to be comfortable, clean, and the views from the ocean front suites are outstanding. We just got back to Arizona from a trip to Oregon and had a wonderful impromptu weekend at Ocean Terrace. Last summer we rented 3 suites to have our family reunion, all on the same level so we could go between suites. Ocean Terrace is the perfect place for family gatherings so we quickly made our reservations again for August 2014. The value, comfort, and convenience of a fully equiped suite makes Ocean Terrace my #1 go to place when we want to go to the Oregon coast.

Hello, Please let my wife and I tell you about our visit to your Oregon coast on Friday, March 1st, through Sunday, March 3rd. Our drive was uneventful, cloudy with little drizzle, and cool. Our ultimate goal was to get to our center of operations for the next few days, Ocean Terrance Condominiums. We booked in to unit #17. The unit was fresh, with an outstanding view of the weathered Pacific Ocean. We had 16 feet wide clear window view of the ocean and the wide life of the area. The room was comfortable and downright pleasant after the drive. This was not enough; we wanted to enjoy the comforts and blessings of being at the coast. After a few minutes with Daniel the receptionist/manager, we had our afternoon planned. Our first stop was dinner at Captain Rons Seafood & Chowder for his Captions Plate and a salad. This was magnificent, and all we could eat. We walked our meal off with a visit to some of the nearby markets, and some shopping, and then back to our room. As we came in by the office, we picked up some movies from their selection of over a hundred. Then we went back to our place to enjoy an evening of romance with my bride of 20-years, the sounds of the waves, the sea breeze, several movies and . . . The next morning we slept in for the first time in months, a quick breakfast in our own kitchen, and away we went for another day at the coast. This we ended with a fabulous buffet. The day was not over; we had another romantic night together with the soft music of the ocean to set the tone of the event to follow. The next morning we made mass at St. Augustine’s, and then a day at the Tanager Outlet Mall. This was topped with a meal at the sushi bar. This delightful weekend could not have occurred without the friendly and hospitable atmosphere of Ocean Terrace. I just want to say thank you Daniel, and the people of Ocean Terrace that served us! Chris and Joe
