Have you ever noticed Lincoln sitting in the memorial on the back of a penny?
Here we are showing a few of our small parts. The lower left part is .003”(.075mm) in diameter. The part on the top is a .010” thread.

Most Swiss-type machines use oil as the cutting fluid rather than water. The lubricity is greater. Benefits include freedom from odor-causing bacteria growth, as well as from the prune-like hands that result from being exposed to water-based coolant all day. The oil allows our machines to be used for many years with minimal maintenance required.

The smallest objects visible to the unaided human eye are roughly 0.1mm in size. This means that under the right conditions you would be able to see an ameoba proteus, a paramecium, and even a human egg. This also means that we can manufacture items that are too small to be seen by the unaided human eye.
