Horrible communication from this dealership! My experience is based upon my interaction with the service department and especially with their front desk. I had to call into the front desk 6 times before I received a call back from the one and only person in the building who could tell me what the status of my vehicle is. I was put on hold multiple times while talking mid-sentence with an associate who was rude and talked down to me. When I asked her why she said “I usually work in the back and I can’t help you”. I asked to speak with a manager. After another hold period I was told the manager just left. Then the associate said that the manager was standing there telling her to get my information. When I asked her about that she said she told the manager I wanted to speak with him and then she said he left. But the manager was still there as I could hear him talking to the associate. They have had my vehicle since 7:50AM for an oil change and two recalls. The recalls were completed at 11:30 when they thought I was going to fork over $2,000 more for their recommended maintenance. Since then I have had no communication back from the dealership and they won’t tell me when my “oil Change” is done. Based on my experience I would not recommend taking you vehicle to this dealership. The most surprising part of this is that I informed them this morning that I wanted to look into trading my vehicle in and get a new vehicle. I can’t even get a sales person to call me about what they have on their lot! I have dealt with many different Jeep dealerships in my life and this ones customer service is at the bottom of my list.

The entire staff I had the pleasure of working with were amazing. Salesperson Chris Wojnar was outstanding and demonstrated patience and a hands off approach, not pushy at all. Assistant Parts Manager Thomas Benchic has been great to deal with during the upgrades I made to my new Jeep. I highly recommend using this Dealership and Chris if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Also mention my name as a reference and we could both receive $200!

FCDJR has excellent customer service and makes car buying as simple as it could possibly be. My girlfriend bought a car from them and had a wonderful and helpful experience, so I went back when it was time to trade in my old jeep. We were down to the very last steps of my new car purchase when we realized there had been a misunderstanding on our part and we thought we wouldn't be able to buy the car after all. We were incredibly disappointed but thought we just couldn't swing it. FCDJR pulled out all the stops for us and did incredible things to make it work for us. We drove away with a brand new car and a payment situation we could feel good and confident about. We will definitely be life ling customers here!

Easy experience. Chris Moran was personable, agreeable, and didn't make anything pushy or unpleasant. They worked with my finances and got everything right. Also it's the perfect car for me.

I worked with Stephen F and he was very very understanding and made sure that I was able to choose the vehicle I wanted and NOT the one I was only 'qualified' for. Stephen was NOT pushy nor did he strike me as the typical 'car salesman'. When he realized that he had to change our appointment time, he text me to let me know that he was 'leaving early to go help with my daughter's first prom". Who doesn't just love that? He got my financing done and Amy W (in finance) is a little finance fairy who helped get me the BEST rate for my Jeep Renegade. I love all the perks that come from buying from this dealership and will always recommend my friends to Stephen at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

Had a great experience with buying my jeep from Franklin CDJR. I had talked with Keith Moulton about getting a used Jeep and he kept me updated on when they brought something in that suited my needs. He was great. Yuri was my salesman and he was wonderful. Very personable and made the buying process very easy. I definitely recommend Keith Moulton and Yuri Crawford!

Went on two test drives- ok. Got some numbers on the second visit so I had food for thought. Thought about it a few days. Text my sales lady and said I would pay XXX amount OTD (out the door) for a the new car. The sales person replied "yeah let's do it." I went to do the deal- filled out a credit app, THEN they come at me with a price 3,000 higher than what we negotiated earlier! Never going back!
