Most of the people are nice here, however, service lately has seemed to be in a bit of a decline. I brought my 2014 grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had noticed a leak of some pink fluid on my garage floor I asked them to check out. This is not my first trip here for service, but when they plugged in their magic iPad the service guy was shocked at how many software updates were needed on the car. He stated that he had never seen so many on one car before at one time. I'm certainly not blaming them for code upgrades, but why were they not mentioned the last few times I've been in?! There were a handful of recall repairs needed as well so I expected that it may take a while... Anyway, after dropping it off at about 9 am I did not receive a call by 3:30 and they closed that day at 4:00, so I called them to ask for a status. I was told that they were finishing up the paper work and it should be done by the time I got there to pick it up. When I asked about the leak, it was clear that he had forgot about it. I overheard him ask the technician working on my car if he had noticed any leak and the tech said that he hadn't been told about any leaks... They put me on hold and came back a few minutes later informing me that my radiator was leaking and would need to be replaced. Of course they didn't have the part, not that they would have had time to fix it that day anyway, so they ordered the part and asked me to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. Due to my work schedule, the only day I can bring this thing in for service is Saturday's so I scheduled it for the next Saturday. After having received a text message from the dealer the day before reminding me of the appointment, they of course couldn't find my paper work and had to process the job as if I had walked in without an appointment to have my radiator replaced. Another Saturday without my vehicle for the entire day. No offer for a loaner car or even a ride home for that matter. I work in a service industry, and the number of details falling through the cracks here would never fly at my job. They didn't even reset the oil life gauge or even put a new window sticker indicating when I was due for my next oil change this time. Even jiffy lube gets that part done every time. Tbqh, I'm not convinced that the oil even got changed at this point... Feeling like my service is being given the red headed step child treatment. It's unfortunate too cause this is the best rated jeep dealer in the Nashville area. I'm sitting here waiting on the rad to be replaced as I type this... Maybe it will go smoothly and I'll chalk this up to just a few dropped balls along the way, but my confidence is most assuredly shaken...

Martin (partner manager) and Rick (sales management) were amazing to work with! Everyone in the dealership was very straightforward and honest without the typical dealership sketchiness! I would highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Ken Stevenson as your sales consultant! I truly believe this dealership has their philosophy online with serving their community with respect, ethics, and compassion!

I have read some of the reviews. All I can say is, "so far, so good." Walter, Martin, Shane, John, Paul, (George and Ringo were off) were all very accommodating and worked very hard to get my deal done. Give Franklin CDJR a try.

I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 Sport from this dealership and was 100% satisfied with all areas of the sale. From the General Manager down to the staff detailing the vehicles were friendly and competent and fully capable of assisting us where needed. I took a long time researching dealerships, but when I made contact with the GM, Martin Herr, I knew I had found the right place. My family drove from Hixson, TN and it was worth it because of the stellar customer service offered at this dealer location. Denise Daly also jumped in to help us finish out the purchase and her knowledge and professionalism are hard to compete with. For anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram (like myself) I can tell you it is worth driving the distance if that is what it takes. I was able to complete everything other than signing the documentation before we arrived and we were in and out in no time. Thanks so much to the Franklin Team, Charles Purchase date 12/13/14

My experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin was great! I worked with Gavin (one of the Product Specialists). Granted, my case was not ordinary (all-cash purchase for a new car), but from the moment I pulled into the parking lot until I drove of said lot with my new car, it was a fantastic experience. I was looking for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The dealership only had 3 on the lot. Two of them had fewer features than the 2014 Trailhawk I was currently driving, and one of them had quite a bit more. Obviously, I opted to try to make a deal on the one that had more features. There really wasn't much negotiation. The Sales Manager came at me with a good offer. I made a counter-offer and they accepted! No back and forth. No begging and pleading. It was painless! From there, Gavin introduced me to Adam, the Finance Manager. Adam was fantastic as well! He went over all the details of purchase contract with me and also the add on plans (service, warranty, etc.). No pressure to buy any of the services, and even let me know which ones probably wouldn't fit what I was looking for (always a bonus). A few personal financing issues aside (what bank closes their lobby at 4PM on a Wednesday?!), the entire team at CDJR Franklin was great! Also, a shout-out to the Service Department. I always had my 2014 Cherokee serviced with them and they always did a great job. Now, I'm looking forward to having my 2015 serviced with them as well!

I had the most pleasant and professional experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin. They not only met me at my offer, they found me great financing, as well. They worked well as a team and went out of their way so I could drive my new ride home that day. I had a rental car from 50 miles away and they made sure it was full of gas, found a local Hertz, and delivered my rental car for me, also saving me time and money! Joanne was very personal and knowledgeable making me feel like part of the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin family. Thanks again to all that made my experience wonderful.

I never write reviews but I had let everyone know how awesome CDJR is! I read most of the reviews on google and thought that this place couldnt be what everyone brags that it is. This was my 3rd car and I had a horrible ex[pierence at Gary Matthews in Clarksville Tn. I wanted to wait a month before i wrote a review just in case i had any problems. I went in last month on a Saturday morning. for my appt with Kurt. He was waiting at the door for me and immediately and greeted me with a smile! He asked me what i was looking for and we got right down to business because i already knew my numbers, what i wanted and how much i wanted to pay monthly. We test drove the car but it was mainly to make sure that the vehicle ran smoothly since I had rented the Chrysler 300 for 2 weeks the previous week. While we was waiting for finance to finish up Kurt was extremely nice.. Evryone was. They all asked me countless times did I want any refreshments or snack. Kurt & I talked about everything he never left my side and kept me company it was a very busy night for Adam in finance but it was well worth the wait. While i waited to see Adam Kurt took my car to go get cleaned and washed up, mind you it was 1900 at night. I cant remember the guy who cleaned it but he was Awesome! Tires/Rims shinning, White paint glistening the inside was nice and vacummed out. I was amazed because when i bought my car at Gary Matthews they didnt clean my car the day i bought it and when i took it back to have have it cleaned it look like it did when i dropped it off. Once I got to finace everything ran smoothly & went fast Adam was funny even though it was 2000 at night. The manager came in to the office and checked on me, shared some stories and made me feel right at home. The best thing out of my whole experience is having Kurt as my salesman . He got me into a brand new 2014 Chrysler 300 and took care of me the time even though he had wedding reception to go to that night... until i left in my car he had a smile on his face. I cant wait til i take my friends to CDJR to buy their vehicles!!! The only thing i regret is not waiting for the 2015 Chrysler 300 to come out in January, now i want one.
