Terrible customer service. We move and rented our home, it took me 7 months to cancel my direct bill. Each time I called, I received a different story on the process to cancel my account. I should have fought it through my credit card but life is hectic and we don't always dedicate the time to fight companies like this. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know to find a different alarm company.
