I suggest that go back and listen to 1st session, practice for couple of days, then go to 2nd session and practice of couple of days and so on until you catch-up.
 
I personally do this practice and have had health improvements & found quietness internally to be able to be on this journey. Those who have following also have found the same. One marked improvement has been their voice and ability to speak and coordinate with authority that shows in their work places or business.

Can you change your habits? Not likely as we are creatures of habits. We may start a change and then life takes over and old habits kick in. Come listen to ideas and possibilities. Put bite size changes in your daily activities until it becomes in harmony with Nature and your second nature so that you don't have to think about the change.
It is a simple but very effective process that will change your health, bring control of your mind and create internal quietness.
